Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 9, 2026. FundPath is a product of Nurturely+ (nurturely.io).

Introduction

FundPath (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent financing-readiness tool operated by Nurturely+ (nurturely.io). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use our website, assessment, reports, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

Assessment information. When you complete the financing readiness assessment, we collect the business and contact details you provide, including business name, industry, entity type, state, time in business, revenue range, credit range, requested funding amount, intended use of funds, timeline, document availability, and your name, email address, and phone number.

Account information. If you create or we create an account on your behalf, we collect your login credentials and any saved scenarios, comparisons, or preferences associated with that account.

Device and usage information. We automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with the Services, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and dates/times of access. We may use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose.

Site measurement. To keep the site secure, guard against abuse, and understand which pages and guides are useful, we record page views and a small set of actions (starting or finishing an assessment, opening a report, clicking a call to action) along with the internet (IP) address of the request, your approximate location at city, region, and country level, the page address, any campaign tags in the link you followed, and a random identifier stored in your browser. This measurement does not include your name or email address unless you submit them through our form, and we honor browser "Do Not Track" settings for it. We delete IP addresses and approximate location after 90 days; only anonymous counts are kept after that. If you submit an assessment, the IP address and approximate location of that submission are stored with your inquiry, along with the pages you viewed beforehand, and are deleted on the same 90-day schedule.

Third-party analytics and session recording. On our public pages we also use third-party tracking tools. These may create a device "fingerprint" from your browser and device characteristics to recognise return visits, and may record a playback of your on-screen activity (pages, clicks, and scrolling) to help us improve the site. Text you type into form fields is masked in those recordings, and fields marked sensitive are excluded. We do not use these tools on account pages or our internal team area.

Attribution information. With your consent where required, we collect campaign identifiers such as UTM parameters, click IDs, landing page path, and referrer to understand how visitors find FundPath and to improve our marketing.

What we do not collect through the assessment. We do not collect Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, credit card numbers, or full financial statements through the assessment tool.

How we use your information

Generate your report. We use the information you provide to produce your preliminary financing readiness report, including product matches, readiness review, document checklist, and lender questions.

Create and manage your account. If you provide your name, email, and phone number to receive your report, we may create an account for you so you can access, save, and compare scenarios without re-entering the same information.

Communicate with you. With your consent, we use your contact information to respond to inquiries, send your report, follow up about financing options, and provide account-related notices.

Improve the Services. We analyze usage and attribution data to improve the assessment, matching logic, user experience, and marketing effectiveness.

Legal and security. We may use your information to comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect the rights, property, or safety of FundPath, Nurturely+, our users, or others.

Legal basis for processing

We process your information based on your consent (for example, when you check the consent box to receive your report and be contacted), our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Services, the necessity of performing our contract with you, and compliance with legal obligations.

Consent to contact

By submitting the assessment with the consent box checked, you authorize FundPath, Nurturely+, and our financing partners to contact you at the email address and phone number you provided, including by phone, email, and automated text or SMS messages, for the purpose of discussing your financing readiness and options. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message, clicking the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at the address below.

How we share information

Financing partners. With your consent, we may share your assessment information with lenders, brokers, funding advisors, and other financing partners so they can evaluate your request and contact you with options.

Service providers. We use trusted third-party providers for hosting, analytics, email delivery, SMS delivery, customer support, and other business operations. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as needed to perform services for us.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Business transfers. If FundPath or Nurturely+ is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or dissolution, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how you use the Services, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Services.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request deletion of your account or information, we will delete or anonymize it unless we are required to retain it by law.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information; to receive a copy of your data in a portable format; to object to certain processing; and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise these rights, contact us at hi@nurturely.io or call 989-439-0177. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.

Third-party links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
